Congress USA Germany Foreign Studies Scholarship

Description: This scholarship program offers a full 4 year scholarship to students ages 15-18 who want to agree to study abroad in Germany. The student must be ages 15-18 at the time of application and have at least a 3.0 GPA. Once the student graduates from high school they will begin studying in Germany and complete their degree there over the next four years. The student does NOT have to be fluent in the German language to apply!
